Looks like your method requires a server be installed on Windows. That
might work for you but most people won’t want that. 

My work iPhone 14 which is controlled by the company won’t even allow cut
and paste of text from Outlook to any other app, including Notes. I can’t
copy a video meeting code from Outlook to Google Meet to join a meeting. If
I click on the code it won’t allow automatic transfer of the code to the
external app. It will only allow codes to be automatically transferred to
Microsoft Teams. So there are obviously ways to restrict pasting from one
app to another in iOS.
