iTunes 101:

1. Select the device you want to manage in the left-hand side bar of
iTunes under the DEVICES section. If the device does not appear there,
then you don't have the device physically connected to the computer
running iTunes, and you don't have WiFi Sync enabled for that device. Do
either one to make it show up.

2. Click on of the tabs at the top (Apps, Tones, Music, Movies, TV Shows,
Podcasts, Books, Photos) to manage what you want to manage for
that device.

3. There is no step 3. : )
