First I thought the Solani Usenet server does not work anymore after it
became so quiet in these two NGs recently. What happened?

Is Arlen and all his reincarnations still alive?

In a way I'm missing the traffic and the constant flame wars.

And what have you been right about? I’ve only had an issue with Arlen once
and we worked it out. He contributes useful information and causes people
to think about their sacred cow narratives. 

The difference between your interactions and my interactions with him is
that he and I can disagree respectfully without hurling insults at each
