The folder now also includes a mini user manual, Eng/Ita.

Below is an extract from the Italian Readme.txt:

*** VERSION 1.4.6_133 ***

The first bug report ever opened for the project - proper handling of
Followup-To, reported by Dave Royal on September 21st - is closed here.

  * FOLLOWUP-TO is no longer lost when opening the group selector.
If the author asks replies to continue elsewhere, the selector now
starts from the groups chosen by HIM, not from the one you are
reading, and shows them even if you are not subscribed to them.
A destination such as "uk.test only", which was previously
impossible to express, can now be obtained simply by confirming
    without adding anything.
Even opening the selector just to LOOK no longer destroys the
request: before, the act of checking what was there actually
cancelled the very thing you wanted to check.
The warning at the top of the editor and the line showing where
the message will be posted now read the same value. Before, they
could contradict each other just one line apart.
(Reported by Dave Royal, with tests 9A and 9B.)

  * THE PANEL VIEW gains the navigation commands that previously
    existed only in page view:
previous and next message, first unread, previous and next thread,
beginning and end of message, "reload".
Before, reaching the next message meant scrolling through the list
and selecting it. With a remote control, that was the awkward part.
The new commands are added to the menu, without changing the bar
for those who have already arranged it. Two taps in the bar editor
    move them among the icons.
A command that cannot be used in a given panel is now shown
disabled, instead of simply doing nothing.
(Born from Roxy's way of reading, on a TV box.)

  * THE MESSAGE SUBJECT no longer gets reduced to a column of letters.
In panel view, on a narrow panel, the header and the toolbar were
fighting for the same line. The toolbar was sized first, leaving
the text whatever space remained. Sometimes nothing remained.
Now, below a certain width, the toolbar moves below the header and
wraps onto its own line instead of cutting off the last icon:
the menu button, which is the way to reach everything else.
(Found by Marco on a configuration no tester has:
panels on a phone held in landscape mode.)

  * NeReO NOW READS FORMAT=FLOWED (RFC 3676).
This is how modern readers indicate where a paragraph really ends.
Until yesterday, NeReO guessed it, estimating the layout width and
joining lines that appeared to belong together.
Now, when the author declares and actually uses FORMAT=FLOWED, no
guessing is done: continuation lines are marked directly by the
    author.
Nothing changes for messages that do not declare it.

  * "SHOW IN LIST", from message view, now takes you directly to the
group's message list, opens the thread containing the message and
    highlights it.
It comes from a very precise sentence:
"search works, but it opens the post, it doesn't show you where it
    is".
Before, the search result took you straight into the message,
without showing which thread it belonged to or what was around it.
    (Reported by BIG Umberto.)

  * THE LABEL AT THE TOP OF THE EDITOR now says where the message will
be posted, rather than simply showing the group you were reading.
With a Followup-To pointing to a single group, the two things had
stopped matching and the screen was stating something false just
one line below the warning that was stating the truth.
    (Dave Royal's test 9A.)

  * IN PANEL VIEW, THE CHOICE OF REPLY GROUPS is no longer discarded.
The dialog opened, you selected the groups and, an instant later,
the author's request silently overrode your choice.
The message was posted where the header said, not where you had
    chosen to send it.
It was not a confusing dialog: it was the user's decision being
    simply thrown away.
    (Dave Royal's test 9B.)

Have you even looked at the URL you're quoting?

No, I did not. I never check projects hosted on SourceForge. If it were
GitHub or GitLab, yeah. But SourceForge projects often have no
meaningful descriptions or easily accessible README files, and why would
I even bother if the author is right here and I can simply ask him.

Nope! text only. This is my primary choice.
