I find the way it works decidedly NON-intuitive. SMS is a case in point: my smartphone obviously _does_ do texts, but how to access ones it has received I struggle with. (Another trivial example: it took me quite a while to figure out how to accept an incoming voice call! Ah, but voice calls are more difficult to automate. For example, no
connection to the other side. Or an answering machine replies. It is
quite funny when an automated calling machine hits an automated
