As of Jan 1 we have a ban on motorists use of handheld cellphones while behind the wheel. https://leg.colorado.gov/sites/default/files/2024a_065_signed.pdf There are some exemptions. E.g., you are allowed to phone in a drunk or dangerous driver. Too, Amateru Radio operation is exempt -- for which I am relieved. The exemptions are listed at the front of the PDF above.
