Bluetooth is unlikely your best interface for this.
Wifi direct to printer works, IFF you have the application
to drive it.

Inkjet? Laser? Who's gonna manage it?  Pay for it?
The cost of a full density graphic page ain't cheap.

This project seems to have a lot of moving parts that need to be
tied down.
