The only thing I'd perhaps do is to tick some checkbox somewhere in
their user profile interface where available, and that'll depend on the
case; if the mailbox it was sent to is in some remote service with
adaptive spam filtering, I'll still mark it as SPAM, for it *is* SPAM.
