The first I'd heard of Groupon's attempt to seize the Gnome name for their own OS was this article relating that Groupon had backed down. http://www.gnome.org/news/2014/11/groupon-has-agreed-to-change-its-product-name/ Obama backing net neutrality, a large corporation behaving ethically, whatever next?
