One attoparsec per microfortnight is about 1 inch per second.

And for some interesting unit questions, the duty free allowance
coming into the US is 1 liter, and for going into Canada (such as
from the US) it is 40 ounces.

I am not sure which ounces those are, as Canada has been metric
for some years now. I presume that they are not US fluid ounces.

It seems that they make special 1l bottles of alcoholic beverages
just for sale in duty free stores.

We have those in the normal stores, along with the 750ml bottles.

And I notice the british have 500ml bottles too.

Wine seems to invariably come in 700ml bottles (or larger boxes)
I can't believe wine-makers use different size bottles depending on the
export market.

yes, packaged goods have to be sold in metric amounts (even if milk seems
to be sold in 568ml, 1l 1.136l, and 2l sizes in the same shop)

Checking in my fridge... either you meant 750ml, or they do indeed use
different size bottles in different (not necessarily export) markets.

In my experience 70cl is the standard size for wine bottles in the UK and
Europe. I am fairly sure that was the size of a standard spirit bottle
in the UK when I was there, but because the duty free allowance was a litre
per person, duty free outlets had 1 litre bottles.

In the 1980s Zambia had a duty free allowance of "1 bottle of spirits"
without specifying a size. Once you realised that you could look for
larger bottles, which were indeed stocked in Heathrow Duty Free.

One liter than what?
