The Android calculator app I use reports 0. Now, how do I tell if that is accuracy or rounding?

The OS X 10.9 calculator returns -0.00000000016136, which is close enough to zero for our purposes. A calculator for the OS X Dashboard returns 0, which of course could be rounding. Orpie for various Unixes returns 5.698552740796e-12.
