So, is the purpose of an app like the one they're discussing on
alt.privacy (http://genmixdummy.sourceforge.net I think) simply to
crapflood the newsgroup to lower the signal/noise ratio?  If that's the
case, seems like a somewhat futile strategy.  I'll have a look at that
PDF - seems fascinating.
