I already have it. Can't install a new O/S that way. And, TBH, I'm
not that familiar with W10 anyway. We're a non-Windows shop. I'd
move my Mum to a Mac, but I know she wouldn't be able to cope, which
worries me about changing to Win10.

Yep, I know, we use it already. Supporting her would be impossible
without it.

Yeah. Been there, done that, when the CMOS battery in her machine died. I
talked her through booting it up and then she didn't switch it off until
I next visited.
