Agree. However some levels of computer support inside corporate 
companies are just as bad. Sometimes escalation doesn't happen, or it 
goes to the wrong people.

1. application giving problems? just run setup.exe
2. don't understand a blue screen? backup data and run setup.exe
3. driver not found for hardware? find a random from google and run 
setup.exe
4. machine locks up during use? send it in for warranty repair, must be 
the hardware....
