One thing that Perens needs to make clear is what Technocrat's editorial
policy is going to be. For instance, will editors be deleting posts, and if so,
under what circumstances? The same question holds for censoring of text
within posts... especially since this has happened at least once already:

I get what he's trying to do with the site (i.e., reward "good" behaviour,
penalize "bad" behaviour, etc.), but I really wonder if his policies will lead
to the "polite and insightful community" he's trying to foster, or if it will
just kill the site before it has a chance to really take off.
