Both my TV sets run Linux, my found on the sidewalk blu-ray player runs Linux, my TomTom One rummage sale $10 GPS runs Linux, and I've wondered if my found in a recycling bin DVD recorder runs Linux. As some of these devices fail, or "get obsolete", they may offer a choice of low level Linux controller boards. Not as much RAM or permanent storage, and maybe lacking in I/O, but the possibility is there. The blu-ray players have ethernet, and some come with wifi built in. Michael
