Hi, I wonder whether I will have a small LLM running in my kitchen in this christmas 2025. Interestingly this bloody thing has 50 TOPS and there are laptops for 1'500 CHF that feature Snapdragon X Plus: https://www.qualcomm.com/products/technology/processors/hexagon The Neural Processing Unit (NPU) evolved from some Digital Signal Processig (DSP). 50 TOPS beats some of the contenders, the bottleneck seems to be currently the lack of some High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), otherwise one could go God Mode on the Edge.
