300 300 translate
  /Helvetica-BoldOblique findfont 40 scalefont setfont
  -150 0 moveto (Hello black disc) true charpath
    80 10 moveto	%to start of arcn
    0 10 80 360 0 arcn fill

Or:
300 300 translate
  /Helvetica-BoldOblique findfont 40 scalefont setfont
  -150 0 moveto (Hello black disc) true charpath
    80 10 moveto	%to start of arc
    0 10 80 0 360 arc eofill
