Zend Studio, which is based on PHP Development Tools (PDT), is supposed to 
be more advanced with regard to PHP development as it includes features such 
as support for refactoring and Zend Framework.  But the problem for me is 
that it is always lagging several versions behind Eclipse releases, which 
makes it impractical for me.  So even though one of the benefits of being a 
ZCE is a free ZS license for life, to date I have not found it worthwhile to 
make use of that.  YMMV.
