First of all, this is a two dimensional array, not a four dimensional one.

The question is - how did you convert the json string to the array?
That will determine how you access it.

It often helps to use print_r() to display a variable; it provides a lot
of information on how the variable is constructed (array, object, etc.).
 var_dump() does similar, but the format is a bit different.
