I'm doing something veru close to your methodology. Checking and 
sanitizing/validating all input, same for final output, only one e-mail 
address, plenty of relevant filtering. And testing by myself and a few 
friends to see if they can break.
    My ISP is also great at identifying spam or worse and only notifies 
in Plain Text messages of same, allowing me to decide whether it's spam 
or worse, or not.

It's nice to see validation of one's own ideas.
