To be fair, it's the best thing longterm especially to the helping seeking poster. RTFM + google + CPAN (respectivly PEAR PHP) is what should be done first and unless you have it heart in beat, every other help is pretty much senseless longterm. In addition, in close to no perl groups are real trolls along, it's just not our job to RTFM/google/CPAN for the poster. Cheers, Janek
