That rounds up my knowledge of this subject. Other than concerning Mgle, I don't se any connection to racism. Monkey town was an area in Rio a la St. Pauli's red-light-district (brothel). It could be vanished since then even a long time ago. Or had changed its name. Or the name was a dedicated sailor-name by then. A lot of uncliver world-trades goes on to day. Especielly europes importing scrap-wares from China has almost eradicated europes own production-machinery. It isn't cliver. Politicians don't know the results - or close their eyes - for the end-results of allowing the free trade being controlled alone by money-hungry merchants. /se

Yes, I know from Wikipedia that I have got years 2012 to 2037 right; but
I have no independent check on other years.
I must confess that, although Brazil is largely Roman Catholic, I have
used the Church of England Easter Sunday algorithm to determine Lent and
thence Carnaval. But I have demonstrated that algorithms derived from
the British and the Vatican authorities, though different in form, are
in perpetual agreement.
