Hi,

I have this website: http://www.quaaoutlodge.com/
as you might see, the book now botton on the top right features a jquery drop down effect. Now it works nice on the Home page but only on the home page. On the other pages it doesn't work and I haven't been able to figure out why not, may anyone help me out here?

Thank you!
Ron

No, we "may" not.

It is common knowledge in this NG that Jquery should not to used by people
not being so well versed in javascript that they unterstand the inner
workings of Jquery, and as a result don't need Jquery to reach trier goal.

Since you don't seem to belong to that group, our only advice can be:
Don't use Jquery.

Perhaps other NG's, or perhaps web-fora, might help you in your futile
quest of figuring out Jq.

Get yourself the proper tools (Firebug, chrome/chromium's developer
console, Dragon Fly, etc.) and you can see, that the request for
jquery.js is answered by a 404.

ACK

However, on <http://www.quaaoutlodge.com/?content/lodge> it's working
fine. Apparently the problem is the wrong basePath in line 86 of the
generated XHTML.

BTW: 77 requests for a single `page' seems to be a bit wasteful.

Gregor,

Yeps,

Thank you, found it with Chrome's dev tools and corrected it!

Thanks,

Ron

No I can't :
the JS effect is so fast that I though it was a "normal" effect !!!

Anyway for that "drop" effect use a CSS.3 rule instead !
