Which people? I dislike not having an option to use my mouse and last I checked I was a member of the set of People.

I can type well. Having to switch to the mouse to slowly enter a
date is a bother. It is bad enough when I am using the form but once,
but were it something that I had to use frequently, I would be very
displeased.

Sincerely,

Gene Wirchenko

Indeed, for a page programmed for users, this is not even a laughing
matter.

However if Gene only needs to use the page at hand for himself,
like in a one-man supervisory capacity, for instence to check or alter a
serverside database, why not advise him to use the method he prefers?

So to support your type of member, there should be a little mouse-
actuated keypad (think Windows Calculator) beside the other-types-of-
member date input controls. One could put an entry for a floating mini-
keypad on the context menu, maybe. It could become quite popular.
