It I wanted to bring him on the project. I got an impolite email reply so I thought about it. But I wanted to use his contributions on the project and posted so on the list. That isn't stealing; it's standard fare for open source projects. But after his nasty reply, no way. -- Garrett ChordCycles.com/

JFTR: The so-called “impolite email reply” merely pointed out to the person Cc:ing me their Usenet posting without further comment that 1. A previous attempt at doing a cljs FAQ at GitHub had failed, and that I think this was because of a break of medium that the person suggesting the same was not aware of. 2. We had agreed on a different course of action almost a year ago, and the results of that agreement must have been carelessly neglected in order to explain the person's current approach. 3. It does not help one's reputation to post off-topic. 4. I do not usually read Google Groups postings, as I have explained many times before, and I do not wish to be Cc:'d, as it says in my sig. If necessary, I can post that e-mail here. -- PointedEars Twitter: @PointedEars2 Please do not Cc: me. / Bitte keine Kopien per E-Mail.
