Thank you. The topic caught me in a cranky mood. I am often irritated with webmasters who just *must* use javascript for navigation and delight in roll-over a menu because it appeals to them. It doesn't appeal to me when I am trying to use it; if I fail to move the mouse along a perfectly horizontal line, and I get to start over. Then I want to spit on their "appealing" design. In my opinion, a web page is broken if it doesn't cooperate with right-click, open-in-new-tab. Giving me a javascript something-or-other in the address bar of the new tab does me no good. Likewise webmasters who decide for me what functionality my browser should have, or who think they have oh-so-valuable content that they want to "protect" from someone who has no interest in using it commercially. While those who *do* want to use it commercially will have little trouble stealing it from one who relies on the tricks available here. Making my toolbars go away is a sure way to annoy me. But thanks again for the link and for your informative site.
