Showing the dynamic code is not minimalistic

I would suggest you show a minimalistic **html** example of this,
perhaps from the F12 rendering?

This seems strange, btw, wouldn't that result in

<tr style='td {padding: 10px}'>

which seems not the way of inline CSS.
