   In my HTML webpage, i would like to obtain the visitor's ISP or 
useable equivalent.
   With that info, i would like to get/derive the visitor's country at 
minimum.
   If i was very ambitious, perhaps the city name as well.
   I do not want to wait a day (eg: Google Analytics) because by that 
time, the visitor is obviously gone and the info becomes almost useless 
for what i would like to do.
   In less than a second, get ISP, derive country, index that into a 
table as what to present to the visitor (ie: what new page to call/jump to).

   Possible?
   If so, please give references for me.
