   No matter what i do, it does not work; the onload does not "initiate" 
the "label" location; all i get is a jump to top of page.
   Verified this by starting from one page (r.html) to go the other 
(s.html):
<script>
onload = function() { window.location.replace('s.html#skipp'); }
</script>

   So..how can i get it to work?
