I am using MVC with Magento, which itself is based on Zend Framework (ZF, 
for PHP).  The ECMAScript Support Matrix, Version 2, uses another MVC 
framework for PHP (PHPX) that I created for this purpose, based on ideas 
from ZF; it has found other applications since.

I have been using MVVM with Silverlight/WPF shortly last year, and was 
already intrigued by it; in particular, I found the data binding approach in 
XAML fascinating.  It can probably be done for HTML in ECMAScript now that 
we have standard-native setters and getters, and hopefully soon, proxy 
objects.
