http://bccmws.coastal.edu/enteroview/report_test.php I've designed an application that displays water quality parameter data. One way I'm displaying this data is through a geographic trend map which is were the google maps api comes into play. The number of parameters on display can vary. For this reason I call a javascript function within a php loop that passes a given parameter and iteration index to the javascript function which creates the map. The map is rendering but I'm running into problems resizing the map b/c of the known issue with using display none css property. Based on this method, my map variable is overwritten each time the function is called. I would use a global map variable but I have no idea how many different maps there will be because it varies depending on what the end user wants to see. With that said, how am I to reference the map object?
