Hi, I want to have no proxy for our ipv6 [2001::] So we tried the following when we start our java application -Dhttp.nonProxyHosts=localhost|127.0.0.1|[2001::] But when we make a connection it still tries to connect using the proxy. We also tried using [2001:*] but still no change in behavior. Anyone with experience of this that can point me in the right direction. //mike [Ref 1 ] https://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/api/java/net/doc-files/net-properties.html

After removing the second "n", it only suggested the alternative spelling *with* "non..." I'm too lazy to do proper research, but maybe you might want to make sure you really use whatever the correct spelling is. Note, that mispelled properties are always ignored, and never complained about.
