Hello, I have tried to look through the forums, but with no luck... Does anyone know of any packages in Java that can help with reading data off of a device connected to a USB port in Linux? I know that rxtx supports RS-232 port quite sufficient, but most computers do not have a RS-232 port anymore... I also know how tricky it is to get information on a USB port...the issue is, I have a device (adapter) that is connected to a USB port...and it is supported (has the packages in Windows), but because of the way it was developed, is not supported in Linux...I would like to make the device work on the Linux side... Any help would be great...
