Hope you are Doing Well, This is Nick from prominent IT Solutions; we have an urgent Requirement for my direct clients in Southlake, TX, Looking for Sr. JAVA Developer If you are interested please revert back with your Updated Resume along with your Visa Status, Pay rate, location & availability Location: Southlake, TX Duration: 3+ Years No. Of Positions: 4 Day to day job duties: Under general supervision, develops, codes, tests and debugs new moderately complex software solutions or enhancements to existing software in a maintenance capacity. Has good understanding of business application problems with software and resolve them. Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. May assist in development of software technical documentation. Demonstrate applications using routine and/or advanced technology. Developers team members’ duties and responsibilities: • Designs, develops, tests and debugs simple/moderately complex/complex () software solutions using routine and/or advanced technologies • Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them • May take part in researching best practices, new tools and technology • May design and build prototype applications • Assures code quality and adherence to coding standards on projects • Takes part in the Agile iterations planning and demonstrations sessions Qualifications ‘Must have’ skills: • Good Java programming skills • Good knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design • Understanding of TDD practices and experience with JUnit/Unit Testing • Experience in XML/Web Services technologies • Experience with Spring framework • Understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL) ‘Nice to have’ skills: • Experience in Agile Development • Experience with build tools Ant/Maven/Gradle • Good knowledge of Linux operating systems • Good knowledge of Subversion or other Software Configuration Management (SCM) • Experience with Apache Camel and/or ServiceMix Soft skills: • Good communication skills in English, written and verbal • Ability to think outside the box • Very good interpersonal skills • Demonstrate initiative and creativity • Willing to develop and learn new areas/technologies EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
