Two different machines/OS/files but same problem
It has to be a lot simpler, the way I am calling it.
As to jython/rdkit, I need to look for the original BAT file,
before I started tweaking it (windows)
kawa/emacs is an .sh file, I think it may have been a .bat file and I renamed
it (linpus/fedora)
