What do you need?

Is the Java syntax old (pre 1.5) or not old (1.5 and later)?

Does the Java code use any Java specific libraries? If yes which?

Depending on answers it may be impossible or there may be some 
possibilities.

Potentially relevant tools include J# compiler, C# decompilers and IKVM.

But even if possible then it may be better long term to write the
C# code from scratch using modern C# paradigms and only using the
Java code as requirements documentation.
