How about "class containing" and "type of", respectively?
... but I'm not sure it's worth a whole lot of fuss. I can't
see any difference between your example and
package circus;
class Clown {
public static String name = "Bozo";
}
»circus.Clown is the class containing circus.Clown.name«.
»java.lang.String is the type of circus.Clown.name«.
... which seems so perfectly ordinary and obvious as not to merit
a whole lot of commentary. YMMV.
