Now the sscce.org domain is working from here as well. 

I also see that the domain is now owned by the folks behind javaranch.com 
and that the domain details were updated on the 7th of this month. So, it 
looks as though the SSCCE description page was recently moved to 
javaranch.com and the domain details updated so recently that the details 
were still propagating through the DNS hierarchy when I tried to access 
it yesterday.
