If the underlying OS is case sensitive then, unless the webserver has 
been configured to be caseless, pathnames following the host name are 
also case sensitive. I'm not aware of any deviation from this.

But these examples are unsurprising because DNS is by definition case-
agnostic, so all three of these should 'just work' - and they do, 
regardless of whether you use ping or a webbrowser to test that.
