I think I'm going to write a Hello World in JavaFX and then see if I can get it running on my other laptop. That should prove it one way or the other with a minimum of effort. The other thing I'd love to confirm is whether a JavaFX in a JWS environment can do database access. I have some data in a DB2 database that I want my JavaFX app to be able to access from whatever computer it is on. (I might move the data to a MySQL database on a public server for my real application.) -- Rhino
