Interesting. If I didn't already have O'Reilly's Lion book(Unix Sys V 
System Programming), Pthreads (POSIX Threads) and Unix in a Nutshell, I'd 
want it; it covers pretty much the same ground as those three, and 
probably with a similar page count too.

However, I am surprised it omits all coverage of writing easily 
internationalised code and curses, but, hey, my equivalents don't cover 
those topics either.
