IAM SECURITY

Location Cincinnati OH
Duration 12+MONTH
Primary Responsibilities: 

•    Manage Identity and Access management systems and work closely with IT and business units to ensure identity and access solutions meet or exceed security policies and regulatory compliance requirements. 
•    Develop and implement identity and access management security across  infrastructure supporting role based access entitlements and definitions. 
•    Develop technical solutions using ForgeRock Access Management Suite to implement recommended improvements and refinements as necessary. 
•    Document technical solutions, strategies, recommendations and key metrics associated with Identity and Access management program. 
•    Collaborate with business owners, cross platform teams, QA, Performance Engineering and Onshore/Offshore Developers 
•    Act as a trusted advisor to our internal teams, providing guidance and requirements to ensure projects are conducted securely and comply with our regulatory commitments 
•    Contribute to our evolving incident response processes, recommending refinements based on lessons learned 
•    Ensure awareness of current exploits and attack trends 
•    Employ diligence in creating a security conscious culture 
•    Be mindful and vocal about opportunities to augment our information security posture 


Desired Qualifications: 

•    Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field with minimum of 5 years of experience. 
•    At least 8 years of IT experience specialized in the Security domain is must 
•    5+ years of experience performing system administration, development of Identity management solution 
•    Strong leadership and communication skills, including working with senior management 
•    Experience on ForgeRock OpenAM, OpenDJ and OpenIDM is good to have 
•    Demonstrated expertise and technical knowledge in application security controls, authentication methodologies, Oauth, LDAP, SSO 
•    Should possess strong programming background 
•    Worked on Portal Security is a plus to have 
•    Worked on Access Management tools like OpenSSO, SiteMinder or Oracle Access Manager is plus 
•    Experience with LDAP like OpenLDAP, SunLDAP, AD or OpenDJ is good to have 
•    Relevant industry certification, such as CISSP, etc. is desired.

Mandatory Technical Skills	• Validation and GxP experience
• Comprehensive experience in IT internal audit 
• Experience in project management, especially in IT project management
• Experience in application service (Development, deployment, on-going support)
• Risk assessment and internal control in IT  
• Demonstrated matrix management skills and ability to work effectively in cross functional teams
• Understanding of GSK and CCIT processes related to IT projects
• Proven experience in stakeholder management particularly with customers and third parties
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, remotely and across several geographies.
Desirable Technical Skills	In addition to this having worked at a multinational company would be an asset

Desirable Functional Skills
