What is the right way to locate (know the path of or file:// URL of) a data
file (it happens to be in RDF format) which is to be installed together with
.class files?

It should work both when my Java application is installed and when I am
debugging.

How to make a data file to be installed (along with classes and resources) by
Gradle? I am new to Gradle.
