You need to learn basic Forth programming first.

forth-script - It's old and, as written, expects you to be running a Windows-based web server (and probably a specific one). The source code is some versions behind the binary and looks incomplete.

forth-script.sourceforge.net

webserver - more recent, written in SwiftForth.

www.logix-controls.com/SwiftForth/default.asp?dirpath=/WebServer

The one I started looking for, but haven't yet found, was hosted on a Forth user group site.

What Elizabeth says is right.

Then there is this

http://gvbailey.com/www/athena.htm

"Presently, ATHENA is supporting a small set of OEM's who use our native FORTH systems and native TCP/IP package."

There may be others. I am curious. I'm putting these into my notes.

There may also be some other systems, more centered on industrial control, which use some subset of internet related protocols. I am not knowledgeable of such things, however.

Thank you Stephen. If others will also contribute links to this thread regarding the topic, I will compile them for my notes. I remain fascinated by using Forth for internet related work.

The answers to your questions are "No." Well, they are that
way at least 97% of the time. So far, you've found the other
3% to be useless, or utterly irritating. How many _years_ does
it take you to form a valid conclusion about the usefulness of
Forth to you? I.e., "is" or "isn't". I think you're going on
eight years now.

Well, there have been a few threads with links concerning internet related things with Forth. To answer your question briefly would not be simple or intuitive. I can only say at this moment that in Forth one tends to write their own and not to produce libraries. So, there are not extensive libraries like there are for other languages. There are interfaces to various systems. You could write to a lower level library written in C in Forth and learn about web stuff that way.
