As long as his words are read, his mind lives on. With regard to what to do with the scanned copies and how best to preserve them, I feel it'd be best if the pre-OCRed/pre-ANSIfied scans are themselves what is preserved, regardless of whether they get OCRed/ANSIfied/etc or not. In other words, Julian's original work completely uninterpreted and merely photographed (ie, scanned). Anything further to that is a secondary concern. Thank you all for doing this. I was deeply troubled at the prospect of his work being lost. We live at a time of transition, many Forth elders are passing away, and many people are throwing away physical books.
