Now that this Black Swift computer is getting some funding, Elizabeth Rather is likely to sue them. OTOH, Elizabeth Rather stopped bragging about her lawsuit against Apple after the assassination attempt was made against her --- maybe common-sense has kicked in and she has realized that unjustified lawsuits can have negative consequences --- lawsuits aren't necessarily the royal road to free money that sociopaths expect them to be.

I brought up that Forth Inc. could claim their 'Swift' trademark. Now 'Swift' is en vogue, even TI is using it: http://www.ti.com/ww/en/analog/swift/index.html They have 'SWIFT(tm)' as a Trademark now. But Forth Inc. was the trend setter. Congratulations to whom whoever added 'Swift' to Forth! "Important Notice SwiftForth(tm), SwiftX(tm) and SwiftOS(tm) are trademarks of FORTH, Inc. and have been in commercial use since 1997. There is no connection whatsoever with the new Swift Programming Language for iOS and OS X, which was announced on June 2, 2014 by Apple, Inc."
