#29542 — List of language bindings for GTK+

Recently there was a discussion about the relevance of programming languages, especially of Forth.

Accidentally I was researching for desktop environments and so I stumbled upon "List of language bindings for GTK+".

The only official programming languages connected to GTK+ are C, C++, Java, Java Script, Perl, Python, and Vala (which I never before heard of).

Is there any Forth out there with language binding for GTK+ ?
Then it should added to the list of language bindings for GTK+ at Wikipedia.

If not, how much effort would it be to get a language binding for GTK+ ?

VFX has one, and there is one in the FFL (not checked if it runs
on the systems that support that).

I found that GTK+ does not make things as simple I would have liked.

cspForth (from Manfred Mahlow) has OOP-style Gtk bindings:

See

Application code runs unchanged on Windows, OS X and Linux.

Would be great if Forth would be listed at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_language_bindings_for_GTK%2B

This would help to spread the message that Forth is still there !

Thanks a lot! I appreciate that!

Problem is that I do not have the knowledge to do it.
But you may give this permission to somebody knowledgeable and interested in promoting Forth.
