THanks for this, and for the reference in your Regions paper (fame at last!). I don't see the link on the main Conference page, though I can get papers for previous years by editing the URL. Is there a link page for all years papers anywhere?

Thank you for reading it. I am sorry that I misattributed this idea
to Jonah Thomas earlier (must be the "J":-), but this time around I
searched for the original posting and found it, and its originator.

Not at the moment. You have to go through the conference pages to the
proceedings page for each conference.
I had hoped the Pater Knaggs' Forth bibliography might serve the
purpose in the form available through the collection of computer
science bibliographies
<http://liinwww.ira.uka.de/bibliography/Compiler/forth.html>, but
apparently he has not updated it since his Bournemouth days (at least
not the version available in the collection).

My mistake; it's the link marked 'Proceedings.'
