As it had already slipped into the depths from my newsreader I figured I 
would have to start a new thread.

I have had a response from Graham Dunbar who suggested that the Forth 
Bibliography links should be trawled if we are going to do any worthwhile 
saving. Not just Julians book but also the other material that is not yet 
on-line anywhere (like older versions of Forthwrite and other private 
papers). EuroForml has some of the historical content online already. There 
are, however, some of the earlier proceedings not in electronic format.

The link Graham Dunbar provided (with a note) is:-
I’m not sure how many online Forth bibliographies there are, but this one 
looks like it is on the verge of extinction:

I tried the link but if someone knows their way around that archive it might 
help if they could ensure a grab of what is there.

I was looking for a forth implementation on github and noticed that a couple of kind souls have started collections of forth documents. This might be a more enduring spot for some of Julian's works. I'll have to see if I have anything worth adding.

Github?  Yikes ;-).  Try archive.org which is intended for that sort of
thing.
